Your satisfaction is our priority at Apex Nutrition. We understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you.
Our Policy
You have up to 72 hours from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. All sales on clearance or final sale items are also final.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. For exchanges, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
